A Little About Us Who we are... When you come to visit for the first time, you may notice that we're a little different than you may be used to. Our name reflects that we are simply Christians, nothing more and nothing less. We strive to follow God's commands for us, and part of that is not having divisions among Christians but rather standing united in our common faith (1 Corinthians 1:10). For that reason, we have have a completely non-denominational setting that many find very refreshing. We are simply Christians who meet together to celebrate our salvation, learn more about God, and support one another; and we invite anyone and everyone to come join us. What we believe and teach... As Christians, we believe that God is the ultimate Creator of the universe and everything in it. We also believe that Jesus Christ is God's Son who was sent to save anyone who chooses to accept Him and follow His plan for salvation. We also believe that the Bible is God's inspired Word that gives us all the answers we need to life's questions. Many new Christians at our church have enjoyed learning that there is historical evidence to support our belief in these areas. Once a person becomes a Christian, we teach that we must love one another with a Christ-like love and continue to lead a lifestyle that praises God. We emphasize a firm understanding of the essential Biblical teachings that directly affect one's salvation, because that is what God has called all Christians to unite in. Once we understand the essentials, we can study the rest of God's Word in a loving way that preserves our unity. Above all, we teach what the Bible teaches, nothing more and nothing less. We strive to have the qualities in our church that the Apostles instilled in the 1st Century church. We like to stick to the Bible's teachings and reject any worldly traditions not found in Scripture.
